Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Let cream cheese stand at room temperature for 1 hour to soften before starting.
- Margarine should be melted when mixed with crackers.
- Do not overbeat any of the cheese or sour cream mixtures.
