Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour, separated
- 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix 1/2 cup flour, confectioners sugar and butter well. Spread in greased 9-inch square baking pan.
- Bake at 425° until brown.
- Mix remaining 1/4 cup flour with remaining ingredients. Pour over hot crust and bake at 400° for about 20 minutes.
- Cool and cut into squares.
