Ingredients
- 6 1/2 oz. can crab meat
- 10 1/2 oz. can pepper pot soup
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 2/3 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Method
- Add the chicken broth to the pepper pot soup and evaporated milk.
- Season with curry and salt.
- Heat but do not boil.
- Just before serving, stir in the crab meat which has been picked over. Reheat to the steam stage.
