Ingredients
- 1 bag Frozen brocolli & colliflour
- 4 cups Chicken stock
- 2 bags Shredded sharp cheddar
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 tablespoon Mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon Cyan powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Ground pepper
Method
- Bring stock to simmer until reduced by 1/3 about.
- While stock is reducing melt butter in soup pan, add flour, cook until medium ruuu
- Cook brocolli / colliflour as desired
- Add mustard powder, cyan to ruuu, stir until mixed
- Add stock to ruu mixture, stir well and bring to boil for a couple minutes
- Add brocolli / colliflour and boat motor until desired consistancy
- Add both bags of cheese, stir until just melted, reduce heat
- Check seasoning, adjust as you like
