Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen brocolli & colliflour
  • 4 cups Chicken stock
  • 2 bags Shredded sharp cheddar
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cyan powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ground pepper

Method

  • Bring stock to simmer until reduced by 1/3 about.
  • While stock is reducing melt butter in soup pan, add flour, cook until medium ruuu
  • Cook brocolli / colliflour as desired
  • Add mustard powder, cyan to ruuu, stir until mixed
  • Add stock to ruu mixture, stir well and bring to boil for a couple minutes
  • Add brocolli / colliflour and boat motor until desired consistancy
  • Add both bags of cheese, stir until just melted, reduce heat
  • Check seasoning, adjust as you like
