Ingredients
- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 lb. fresh
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- juice of 2 lemons
Method
- Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
- Drain. Melt butter or margarine; add lemon juice and sour cream.
- Heat over medium heat until hot.
- Pour over broccoli.
