Ingredients
- 3 c. sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine cooked, mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla and 1/4 cup butter in large bowl; mix well.
- Place in buttered casserole.
- Mix brown sugar with flour.
- Cut in 1/2 cup butter until crumbly.
- Stir in nuts.
- Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
