Ingredients

  • 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
  • 1 12 cups orange juice
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 3 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 12 cup frozen cranberries, thawed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup rolled oats
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup cold butter

Method

  • Whisk together Eagle Brand, orange juice, and spices.
  • Add apples, pears, and cranberries; toss until fruit is well coated.
  • Spoon mixture into a lightly buttered 8-cup baking dish; set aside.
  • Combine flour, oats, and sugar.
  • Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle on top of apple mixture.
  • Bake in preheated 375F oven for 30-35 minutes or until fruit has softened.
  • Serve warm with ice cream.
