Ingredients

  • 1 x chicken fryer, cut up
  • 6 c. water, for boiling chicken
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 x egg

Method

  • Boil chicken till done, take chicken out and chicken broth add in dumplings and cook 10 to 15 min .take 1 c. of broth out to use for left over dumpling to hot up.
  • Mix together dumpling ingredients androol out on floured board.
  • roll thin, cut and drop into boiling broth.
  • then cold slow for 10 to 15 min.
  • Serve chicken on the side debone and add in back in with dumplings.
