Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. or 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. cream or half and half, well beaten
- 1 egg
Method
- Cook the first 5 ingredients together, then add the cream or half and half and the egg.
- Cook a little longer.
- Add mixture to cream and egg, then add to original pan.
