- 2 (10 oz.) frozen mixed veggies
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. torn up bread pieces
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan
- pinch of thyme
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
Method
- Cook veggies, hot water, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Drain, reserving liquid.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter.
- Stir in 2 cups pulled apart bread pieces. Reserve for topping.
