Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. pork loin or any roast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. catsup
- 6 to 8 Tbsp. meat broth
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Texas Pete
- hot sauce to taste
Method
- Put ingredients in crock-pot.
- Cook until well done.
- Drain and remove any bones.
- Cut into small pieces. Season with last 4 ingredients.
