Ingredients
- 1 (8.5 oz.) can cream of coconut
- 3 c. chilled pineapple juice
- 1 (12 oz.) can ginger ale, chilled
Method
- In a 1 1/2-quart pitcher or punch bowl, stir cream of coconut and pineapple juice until well mixed.
- Add ginger ale, stirring gently.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
