In the same pan, add tomato puree and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and mix well.

Add the cooked chicken back to the sauce. Stir to coat and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
