• 1 - Cook Ramen Noodles:
  Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
• 2 - Sauté Pancetta:
  In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the pancetta until crispy. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
• 3 - Prepare Carbonara Mixture:
  In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and soy sauce until well combined.
• 4 - Combine Ingredients:
  Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pancetta and garlic mixture. Remove from heat, then quickly pour the egg mixture over the noodles, stirring continuously to create a creamy sauce.
• 5 - Serve:
  Plate the ramen carbonara, garnishing with chopped green onions and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
