Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick butter) melted
  • 1 cup plain yogurt.

Method

  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine eggs and milk. Pour the milk mixture and melted butter into the dry ingredients. Add yogurt and stir until batter is fairly smooth. Using a 1/4 cup measure for each pancake pour batter onto a lightly buttered hot skillet(400F) Turn when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
