Method
- Grease poacher with oil, margarine or butter.
- Add 1 teaspoon of water.
- Place 1 egg in each holder.
- Pierce white and yolk with toothpick.
- Cover and cook 45 to 120 seconds.
- Hold cover firmly and turn over.
- Eggs will fall onto tray.
