- 1/4 c. quick cooking oats
- 5 Tbsp. warm milk
- 2/3 c. plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. toasted, skinned and chopped hazelnuts
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 apples, coarsely grated
- 1 pt. mixed berries
- mint sprigs
- thin apple slices
Method
- Soak oats in 5 tablespoons warm milk until swollen, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in yogurt, hazelnuts, honey and lemon juice.
- Mix grated apples into yogurt mixture. Carefully mix in 1 pint mixed berries. Spoon mix into each of 4 goblets or bowls.
- Garnish with thin apple slices and mint sprigs.
- Serves 4.
- For breakfast, brunch or dessert.
