Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Using mixer, blend cream cheese with sugar, 1 egg, salt and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread in pie crust. Sprinkle with pecans.
