Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 2 tsp. tapioca
- 3 lb. stew meat, cut up (no fat)
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 c. carrots
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- season to taste (I use 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 tsp. basil leaves)
Method
- Stir tapioca together with soup and water.
- Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
- Place in 250° oven for 5 hours. Do not lift lid.
