Ingredients
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. Crisco shortening (if using plain flour, add in 1 teaspoon salt)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 6 tbsp. cold water
Method
- Mix flour, salt and Crisco.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Beat egg and vinegar together.
- Put water in with vinegar and mix.
- Pour over flour mix.
- Mix real good.
- Put in ice box and let chill.
- Will keep for a week.
- Makes 12 or possibly more crusts.
