Ingredients
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can sliced or baby carrots
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, diluted with milk
- potatoes with skins or without, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In large skillet, melt margarine.
- Saute onion.
- Add beans and carrots.
- Stir until all ingredients are coated with margarine.
