Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic to taste
- parsley to taste
- oregano to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 pkg. kielbasa, sliced, then quartered
Method
- Boil elbows until tender.
- Mix sauce and spices.
- Put a little sauce in the bottom of a large, rectangular casserole.
- Add a layer of elbows, kielbasa, then Mozzarella and sauce.
- Continue until casserole is filled.
- Top with sprinkled Mozzarella.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
