Ingredients
- 6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 c. unsalted butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Wipe a jelly roll pan with vegetable oil. Line pan with parchment paper that also has been wiped with oil.
