Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 2 c. cabbage, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- In large casserole dish, alternate layers of raw beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onion.
- Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.
- Dilute tomato soup with water and pour over casserole.
- Cover with foil and bake at 400° for 1 1/2 hours.
