Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3 medium potatoes, quartered
- 3 or 4 carrots, sliced
- 2 medium onions, quartered
- salt and pepper to taste
- about 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Shape meat into patties; place on aluminum foil.
- Top with potatoes, onion and carrots.
- Wrap tightly.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Butter and season patties and vegetables.
- Serves 4.
