Ingredients
- 2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 - 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Place pineapple in greased dish.
- Mix sugar and flour together.
- Cover pineapple with flour mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over pineapple.
- Mix crackers and cheese together.
- Cover pineapple with cracker mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until bubbly.
- I use a little more cheese than this calls for and sometimes I use
- Townhouse crackers instead of Ritz.
- This is great with ham.
