Ingredients
- 8 cannelloni tubes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 oz. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 12 oz. minced veal
- 8 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1 1/2 oz. flour
- 3/4 pt. milk
- 3 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook cannelloni according to box.
- Drain well.
- Melt 1 ounce butter in a pan and saute onion until tender. Add veal and cook gently for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add spinach, nutmeg and seasonings.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
