Ingredients

  • pastry (for two crust 9-inch pie)
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine

Method

  • Preheat oven
  • to
  • 425°.
  • Prepare
  • pastry.
  • Mix together flour, sugar
  • and
  • cinnamon.
  • Mix
  • blueberries
  • and
  • peaches together. Add flour
  • mixture; turn gently to coat peaches and blueberries. Place mixture into pie shell and dot with slices of margarine. Cover
  • with
  • slitted
  • top crust; seal and crimp edges.
  • Cover edges
  • with
  • aluminum
  • foil
  • to prevent too much browning. Uncover edges
  • the last 10 minutes of baking.
  • Bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes.
  • Cool before serving.
