Ingredients
- pastry (for two crust 9-inch pie)
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh or frozen peaches
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Preheat oven
- to
- 425°.
- Prepare
- pastry.
- Mix together flour, sugar
- and
- cinnamon.
- Mix
- blueberries
- and
- peaches together. Add flour
- mixture; turn gently to coat peaches and blueberries. Place mixture into pie shell and dot with slices of margarine. Cover
- with
- slitted
- top crust; seal and crimp edges.
- Cover edges
- with
- aluminum
- foil
- to prevent too much browning. Uncover edges
- the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
