Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish fillets or steaks
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- salt and pepper
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- paprika
Method
- Season fish well with seasonings at least 1 hour before.
- Dip fish in milk, then crumbs.
- Place in well-greased baking pan; season.
- Drizzle oleo over fish and bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes.
