Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can tuna, rinsed
- 2/3 c. skimmed evaporated milk
- 1 c. bean sprouts, drained
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
- Put in casserole.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly.
- This takes about 20 minutes.
- One serving equals 175 calories.
