Ingredients

  • 3/4 bag of penne noodles ( its the 900 g bag )
  • 2 large precooked smoked sausages sliced
  • 1 jar of alfredo sauce 410 ml
  • 1 can peaches and cream corn (12 oz drained )
  • 1/2 large onion chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper chopped
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 dash of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  • Boil the noodles in some salted water with a little oil in it as well so the noodles don't stick
  • On medium heat In a frying pan add 1 tbls of olive oil onions red peppers and minced garlic and dash of pepper... saute until onions start to soften
  • Once they start to soften add the sausage and corn and hot sauce continue to fry for about 5 more minutes and then add the sauce then add the 4 tablespoons of water to the empty jar of sauce close it shake it getting the rest of the sauce inside pour it in and mix all together
  • Once the noodles are soft enough to your liking drain and add to the sauce mix
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top and enjoy !
