Ingredients

  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. oil

Method

  • Bring water to a boil; add noodles and salt.
  • Reduce heat to simmer and cook 2 minutes.
  • Rinse under cold water and drain.
  • Mix noodles with 2 tablespoons oil.
  • Heat remaining 3 tablespoons oil in skillet.
  • Add noodles; spread to cover bottom of pan.
  • On medium heat, brown noodles on underside; turn and brown other side.
  • Remove from skillet and cut into 6 servings.
