Ingredients
- 1 qt. water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Bring water to a boil; add noodles and salt.
- Reduce heat to simmer and cook 2 minutes.
- Rinse under cold water and drain.
- Mix noodles with 2 tablespoons oil.
- Heat remaining 3 tablespoons oil in skillet.
- Add noodles; spread to cover bottom of pan.
- On medium heat, brown noodles on underside; turn and brown other side.
- Remove from skillet and cut into 6 servings.
