Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 2 13 cups canned tomatoes (1#3oz can)
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 medium carrots, peeled & sliced
- 2 celery ribs, diced
Method
- Brown beef.
- Add onions and cook a few minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
