Ingredients
- 2 cans (16 Oz. Size) Great Northern Beans
- 1-1/4 pound Lean Pork Stew Meat, Diced Small
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Diced Small
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 3 ounces, weight Dried Apricots, Diced Small
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
Method
- Open beans and drain 1 can only.
- Heat skillet to high, spray with cooking oil and brown pork and onions quickly. Add garlic, apricots, salt, brown sugar and beans, including liquid from one of the cans.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
