Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. coarsely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour two 8 or 9-inch round cake pans.
- Combine all cake ingredients except cookies at low speed until moistened; heat 2 minutes at highest speed.
- Gently stir in crushed cookies.
- Pour batter into prepared pans.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Remove from pans. Cool completely.
