Ingredients
- 1 can chopped spinach
- 3 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion (you may use green onions)
- 2 whole eggs, slightly beaten
Method
- Cook spinach until all water is gone.
- Add grease, salt and pepper.
- Stir in onion.
- Let spinach cook dry.
- Add eggs last.
