Ingredients

  • 1 (6 lb.) stewing chicken
  • 1 large pkg. medium noodles
  • 2 small cans mushrooms
  • 1 lb. sharp cheese
  • 1 small can pimentos
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Method

  • Boil chicken until tender.
  • Reserve broth.
  • Cool, bone and cut into bite size pieces.
  • Saute mushrooms and add to chicken.
  • Cook noodles in chicken broth.
  • Cut pimentos into small pieces.
  • Add chicken, mushrooms, noodles, pimentos, both soups and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix together.
