Ingredients
- 1 loaf day-old Italian bread with sesame seed
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley flakes
Method
- Preheat the broiler.
- Slice the bread and spread it with butter or margarine.
- The garlic should be chopped as finely as possible.
- Sprinkle it over the bread.
- Season lightly with the parsley.
