Ingredients

  • 1 None rotisserie chicken, skin removed, shredded
  • 1 cup snow pea sprouts or bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 None red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 None lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 None small red chili pepper, chopped
  • 4 None chapattis or flour tortillas
  • None None Sweet chili sauce, to serve

Method

  • Combine chicken, sprouts, herbs and onion in large bowl.
  • Mix lime juice, oil, sugar, fish sauce, garlic and chili pepper in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken mixture.
  • Spoon chicken mixture onto chapattis or flour tortillas and wrap. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
