Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 package yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups floor (approximately)
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
Method
- Dissolve yeast in 2 cups very warm water (100 to 110 degrees). Stir in salt. Slowly stir in flour until consistency of pancake batter. Mix in fennel.
- Let rise for about 2 hours. Drop dollops into hot oil.
