Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method

  • Mix the olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
  • Put the carrots into a tossing bowl, then pour the oil over them, tossing well to coat the pieces thoroughly.
  • Spread them out onto a cookie sheet.
  • Use your toaster's or oven's broiler setting for this to bake for about 15-20 minutes or until you poke one of the carrots and it's totally hardened.
  • Let cool for 10-15 minutes. Voila, your very own veggie chips that are perfect for on-the-go.
