Ingredients

  • 8 thick slices ciabatta bread
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
  • 4 large roma tomatoes, quartered
  • 10 field mushrooms, halved
  • 2 tablespoons snipped chives

Method

  • Brush ciabatta lightly with Balsamic Italian dressing.
  • Toast under grill until golden brown.
  • Roast tomatoes and mushrooms in a baking dish; drizzle with 1/4 cup dressing at 200C for 15 minutes.
  • Top ciabatta with roasted vegetables.
  • Drizzle with remaining dressing.
  • Garnish with chives.
  • Serve.
