Ingredients
- 8 thick slices ciabatta bread
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
- 4 large roma tomatoes, quartered
- 10 field mushrooms, halved
- 2 tablespoons snipped chives
Method
- Brush ciabatta lightly with Balsamic Italian dressing.
- Toast under grill until golden brown.
- Roast tomatoes and mushrooms in a baking dish; drizzle with 1/4 cup dressing at 200C for 15 minutes.
- Top ciabatta with roasted vegetables.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing.
- Garnish with chives.
- Serve.
