Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (own juice)
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. Spanish peanuts
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 c. apples (unpeeled), diced
Method
- Drain pineapple, saving the juice.
- Mix the pineapple and marshmallows and put in covered container.
- Refrigerate overnight. In a small saucepan, mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, vinegar and the egg.
- Heat over medium heat until mixture becomes thick. Put this in another container, cover and refrigerate overnight.
