Ingredients
- 1 bottle Russian dressing
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 jar apricot preserves
- chicken pieces or whole cut up chicken
- sliced carrots
- 1 can chunky pineapple
Method
- Mix first 3 ingredients and pour over chicken pieces.
- (I remove skin from chicken.)
- Cover and cook at 350° for 1 hour. Add sliced carrots and 1 can chunky pineapple to chicken mixture. Cook until tender (another hour or more).
- Keep covered.
- Serve over rice.
