Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2/3 c. orange-banana juice or strawberry-orange-banana juice
- 3 Tbsp. tofu (soybean curd)
- 1/2 c. ice
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high for 1 minute or until drink is smooth.
- Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
- Makes 2 six ounce servings.
