Ingredients
- 5 lb. hamburger
- 3 tsp. mustard
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire
- 3 tsp. creamy horseradish
- 4 oz. ketchup
- 1 c. minced onion or powder to taste
- 1 to 2 tsp. Accent or other seasoning powder
- 1 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Add beef and water to kettle.
- Mix condiments in cup and add to meat.
- Add onion, salt and pepper and Accent.
- Stir constantly on medium heat and brown.
- Cook on low heat, simmering in flavor. Drain juice before serving on buns.
