Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 6 medium (600 g) carrots
- 1 large green apple
- 2 celery sticks, including leaves
- 1 large beetroot
Method
1. Remove the skin from the cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers, carrots, apple and celery into pieces to fit the juicer.
2. Scrub the beetroot with a firm brush to remove any dirt and cut to fit the juicer.
3. Using the plunger, push the fruit and vegetables through the juicer into a large jug.
4. Serve chilled or with ice.
