Ingredients
- 200 g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup (250 g) plain yoghurt
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1–2 teaspoons honey, or to taste
Method
1. Blend together the blueberries, yoghurt, milk, wheat germ and honey until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
