Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
Method
- Thaw spinach and drain very well.
- Squeeze until dry.
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
- You can also add a can of crabmeat.
- Keeps well for several days.
