Ingredients
- 1 fryer, broiled
- 1 pkg. Creole gumbo (Smoke House Brand)
- 6 c. chicken broth or water
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Method
- Debone fryer and cook gumbo mix, celery, onion and tomatoes in 6 cups chicken broth or water for 45 to 60 minutes on medium heat; then add chicken.
